A cooperative effort between Southern Utah University and Great Basin National Park
Join us in our first year cataloguing beetle biodiversity in a variety of habitats in Great Basin National Park!
Interested individuals and amateur and professional naturalists are welcome to participate.
Friday: Beetle workshop (optional)
Saturday AM: Beetle identification and processing workshop
Saturday Noon-Sunday Noon: 24-hour BioBlitz
Sunday AM: Program for visitors “Beetles for Beginners”
Sunday PM: Beetle processing continues
The BioBlitz will be headquartered at Great Basin National Park. The park is providing free camping for participants.
