Join us as the Springs Preserve celebrates the joy of life with its first-ever Día de los Muertos ("Day of the Dead") event on Nov. 1 from 3 to 9 p.m. Celebrate the rich traditions of this Hispanic holiday with a variety of activities, food vendors, live entertainment, and – most importantly – a beautiful display of altars, with attendees able to vote on their favorite.
Entertainment will include Mariachis, a play related to the Day of the Dead, dance performances and more. Activities such as face painting, sugar skull decorating and scary storytelling rides along our Trails will be available for additional fees. Guided tours of the ORIGEN Experience will also be offered.
Admission for the Día de los Muertos celebration is $5 for adults, $3 for children 5 to 12 and free for those 4 and under
