Las Vegas—Popular tavern chain Remedy’s has launched a new menu at both of its Henderson locations—3265 St. Rose Parkway and 530 Conestoga Way. The updated menu, created by Chef Robert Oset and the Remedy’s management team, kicks up traditional bar fare and incorporates new items using the freshest ingredients.

Grilled Eggplant Bruschetta
According to Chef Oset, who has 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Remedy’s wanted to step up the menu offerings in order to differentiate themselves from other bars and taverns in town. “We really wanted to distance the words ‘bar’ and ‘food’ from one another with our new menu. We are putting a lot of thought and detail into the flavor combinations and the plate presentations. Not only does the food taste amazing, it pleases the eye before the first bite.”

The refreshed bar tapas menu includes Lamb Chop Lollipops – four herb marinated lamb chops, served on a bed of caramelized onions and topped with a red wine Dijon demi-glace; Grilled Eggplant Bruschetta – warm, fresh baguettini topped with a traditional bruschetta mix, diced grilled eggplant, shredded parmesan and drizzled with balsamic glaze; and Maryland Crab Cakes – a house made crab cake served on a bed of baby greens accompanied with a mango pineapple salsa and lemon tarter sauce.

New Slider Options
As part of the revised sandwich menu, Remedy’s is “raising the bar” with new Slider options, with choices including Chicken Parmesan, Buffalo Chicken, Western BBQ Burger, Caramelized Onion and Bleu Cheese Burger, Bacon Cheeseburger, Buffalo Shrimp, Philly Cheese Steak, Meatball Provolone, BBQ Pulled Pork and Maryland Crab Cake. A new Boursin Beef Steak sandwich has been added, combining sliced roast beef, grilled onions, sautéed red peppers and an herbed cream cheese served on a hoagie roll; and Fish Tacos offer another new option.

Delicious entrees, or large plates, have also been added to the mix, including Wild Mushroom Ravioli – porcini mushroom stuffed raviolis in a roasted garlic cream with sliced button mushrooms, served with herbed garlic toast; and Pork Enchiladas – warm corn tortillas stuffed with shredded pork, topped with tomatillo sauce, cotija cheese and pico de gallo and served with Spanish style rice and beans.

Fish Tacos
A variety of “Freakin’ Awesome Burgers,” fresh salads, wraps and a complete breakfast menu are also available, along with decadent House-Made Bread Pudding drizzled with a Maple-Amaretto Glaze.

In addition to the expanded menu, gaming and sports are a draw for customers of the popular tavern. Both Remedy’s locations include 15 video poker machines surrounding each bar. Special promotions and video poker competitions are regularly scheduled for registered members of the slot club. Sports enthusiasts can catch their favorite events on one of the 18 high-definition televisions—visible from every seat in the house. Video hunting, virtual golf and classic billiards on a competition-sized pool table round out entertainment choices.

“Both locations have been extremely successful hotspots for area residents and employees of local businesses,” said Remedy’s General Manager Bobbie Rihel. “Our customers come to Remedy’s because they know they are going to have a great experience, whether they are coming in for one of our special events or sports viewing parties. Our menu was good before, but we have upped the ante to match what our customers expect from us.”

The flagship Remedy’s is located at 3265 St. Rose Parkway (at Seven Hills Drive) and the newest location is open at 530 Conestoga Way (just off the I-95 and Wagon Wheel Drive.) Each tavern is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week. For further information and to view the complete menu, visit www.remedystavern.com
