Guess who was spotted celebrating his 21st birthday at Hooters Restaurant in Hooters Casino Hotel???? Robbie Amell. He is the star of the TV series "True Jackson" and the upcoming film "Scooby Doo: The Mystery Begins."
Jonathan Bennett was also present at the birthday bash. He has starred with Lindsey Lohan in the film "Mean Girls" and is starring in the upcoming movie "Van Wilder - Freshman Year".
I'm sure Robbie's birthday was a Hoot!
